According to customer demand and product requirements, the research and development design department has customized new cutting tools and compiled sample processing technology, tracked the whole process of the production and testing of drum gear slewing support samples, and successfully developed a certain model of drum gear slewing support samples. The samples were tested by the testing center, and all the technical indicators met the requirements of the drawings. After the successful trial production of the samples, the small batch production was successfully realized with the cooperation of the business division, the heavy assembly business division and various departments of the research institute, and the orders were delivered as scheduled.
  Drum gear slewing support is a product independently developed by our company. It was recognized as a provincial high-tech product in November 2013 because of its advantages such as high load bearing, long service life and hard to break teeth.
  At present, most of the ring of slewing ring are straight or conical teeth, the phenomenon of broken teeth frequently occurs.
